With this focused intake session, you and your provider can get down to the root cause of your health concerns. In this 90 minute session you provider will explore your personal and family history in great detail to make sure they understand exactly what you have been experiencing. No labs are included with this session however, you provider will review any previous tests you have done. You will walk away from this appointment feeling empowered and ready to make make your transformation happen!
