You're not going to believe Marsha's detox transformation!!

If you've been with me for a while, you know I love detoxing. I think it's a wonderful thing to show our bodies appreciation and care. The reason I feel this way is because detoxing allows our bodies to rest and rejuvenate to function optimally and prevent disease in the body.

Detoxing has been used by many cultures to improve their well-being, release toxins, and give their bodies time to heal. Over the years environmental factors that affect our health have increased to an all-time high. Without realizing it, our hormones are being tampered with, inflammation is spreading through your body, and much more! That is why it's of the utmost importance to detox regularly and minimize the number of toxins we consume on the daily basis.

That is why I created my 2-Week Detox Program. I've designed this regime to be super simple and easy to complete. This outline consists of the top foundantional habits to focus on for overall wellness like sleep, water intake, and exercise. This makes a great kickoff to become consistent with a healthy lifestyle and work towards your wellness goals.

Marsha enrolled in my 2-Week Detox and experienced the benefits firsthand. She didn't feel her best when she first came to see me and was in a lot of pain. But with no surprise after the program, her pain subsided, lost 10 lbs, energy was on a high, and was able to improve on her eating habits.
